Walled Kitchen Garden

The Walled Kitchen Garden is open to visitors during June, July and August.
It is a fully working, traditional, 2 acre kitchen garden with peach house, vinery and glasshouses. We also have a large fruit cage, espalier fruit trees and many varieties of vegetables, fruit and herbs.
We have a new 190ft long central path, which is edged by herbaceous borders. These are planted with a whole host of hardy perennial plants. Groups of alliums and tulips have been planted all the way through for early colour and then gorgeous dahlias and salvias will take their place from summer into autumn, all intermingled with our favourite seasonal flowers.
Please note the Walled Kitchen Garden is on a slight slope with gravel paths, steps and uneven surfaces. Wheelchair access is possible with help.
